Inclusive tennis and pickleball programmes

Supporting physical and mental wellbeing across Medway through welcoming community sport. Whether you want to try something new, move a little more, or make friends, our drop-in sessions are open to everyone.

Our weekly sessions

We offer friendly, accessible sport sessions across local Medway venues. Some sessions are completely free and others have a small cost, with full support for various disabilities and all ability levels.

King's Sports Centre

Daytime community sessions held on Mondays from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm and Tuesdays from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon. Perfect for social play, gentle movement, and a relaxed chat.

Hoo School Strive sessions

Evening gatherings running Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Designed to build confidence, fitness, and self-belief in an encouraging environment.

Adapted and wellbeing sport

Accessible activities tailored to support physical health, mental wellbeing, and various disabilities. No prior experience or special equipment is ever needed.

Just drop in, no sign-up required

Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you will always receive a warm welcome. There is no pressure to stay or perform—simply turn up when you fancy something different and connect with friendly people.

What to expect as a newcomer

When you walk onto the court, you will find an approachable group genuinely happy to see you. We exist to help you feel happier, enjoy light physical activity, and share conversation with people who often become close friends. Everything is provided, so you can focus entirely on enjoying yourself.

Building confidence and health

Our programmes focus on the mental and physical benefits of movement rather than competitive pressure. By removing financial, social, and physical barriers, we ensure sport remains a positive tool for wellbeing across the entire Medway community.
